Malaysian Tax to carry Customs Appeal Tribunal Rulings
The Customs Appeal Tribunal (CAT) has agreed to supply summaries of its rulings for publication on Malaysian Tax, the leading portal on Malaysian tax. Apart from publishing the CAT rulings prospectively, the Malaysian Tax portal will also incrementally release summaries of the past CAT rulings.

About CAT: CAT is an independent judicial body established to provide a fair, transparent and speedy procedure for dissatisfied persons to appeal against the decision of the Director General of Customs (the DG). It was established on 1 June 2007.
